This corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel sheet features a carefully balanced chromium-nickel alloy matrix that delivers dependable performance in chloride-rich, humid, and chemically aggressive environments. With a nominal composition of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, the material forms a stable, self-repairing chromium oxide passive layer that provides superior rust and pitting resistance compared to ordinary carbon steel.
Every coil is sourced from TISCO and POSCO grade stock and rolled to tight dimensional tolerance. The sheet is produced on advanced cold rolling mills under strict ASTM A240 process discipline, then annealed and pickled to restore corrosion resistance after forming. Surface finishing options include the smooth 2B mill finish for general fabrication, the brighter BA finish for cleaner aesthetics, and No.4 or hairline textures for decorative panels.
Independent salt spray testing confirms that untreated 304 sheet withstands more than 500 hours of neutral salt fog without visible pitting, ensuring long-term outdoor and marine durability.

This corrosion-resistant sheet is specified across demanding industries including coastal architecture for curtain wall panels, handrails and facade cladding; marine engineering for deck fittings, brackets and structural components; chemical and petrochemical plants for storage tanks, piping and reactor internals; desalination and water treatment facilities for chloride resistance; and food and pharmaceutical processing for cleanable, non-reactive surfaces.
Each sheet is protected with anti-rust VCI film and optional peel-off PVC coating, then stacked on fumigated wooden pallets and steel-strapped for safe transport. Every shipment includes mill test certificates, dimensional inspection reports, and composition analysis. Technical guidance on welding, forming and passivation is available, along with fast-track export handling and container stuffing for urgent projects.
