The U100BS Glass Disc Insulator is a toughened glass suspension insulator designed for overhead power transmission applications.

The disc-shaped glass body provides electrical insulation between energized conductors and supporting structures, while the mechanical fittings provide the connection required for suspension string assemblies.

05 Packing & Delivery

Toughened glass insulators are packed in solid export‑grade plywood wooden cases. Each insulator is individually protected with shock‑absorbing cushioning materials inside the crate to avoid collision, scratch and glass breakage during sea‑land multimodal transportation. Wooden cases are suitable for long‑distance overseas shipment, container loading and rough site handling. Marking including product model, quantity, weight and shipping marks is clearly printed on case surface to facilitate receiving and on‑site inventory check.

In China, we serve as a core supplier to State Grid and China Southern Power Grid, covering more than 30 provinces and supporting major national projects including the West-to-East Power Transmission Project.
