Yarn that thinks like a tennis ball
While standard turfs use uniform fibres that flatten over time, our high-density curved monofilament or split-film PE yarn maintains an upright, resilient structure. With pile heights customised between 10-20mm, it delivers a moderate, controlled rebound that closely mimics natural grass - but without the maintenance or weather dependency.
Backing that stays flat and bonded
The double-layer PP+PP, combined with high-permeability PU coating, offers superior peel resistance and dimensional stability. Unlike single-layer backings that shrink, ripple, or delaminate under daily temperature swings, our system holds its shape season after season.
Freedom to choose - without compromise
We offer both sand-free (granule-free) and quartz-sand infill versions. The sand-filled option increases traction for sharp pivots and complies with ITF basic surface requirements, while the non-filled type reduces installation weight and maintenance.
Weather-proof beyond the industry norm
Our UV stabilisers and anti-ageing additives are integrated into the resin, not just surface-coated. This means the fibres resist fading, embrittlement, and degradation from prolonged sun, rain, frost, or heat.

Precision tufting ensures uniform density across the entire court, eliminating localised bumps, depressions, or thin spots that cause erratic ball deviations. Our consistent flatness guarantees that every bounce behaves predictably.
