High-density curved monofilament or split-film tennis-grade PE yarn with moderate resilience and upright fiber structure. Customized fiber thickness and height simulate natural tennis turf bounce performance.
Double-layer composite backing (PP woven cloth + non-woven cloth) with high permeability latex coating provides strong anti-peeling properties and stable dimensional stability.
Available in non-infilled sand-free type and quartz sand infilled type. Sand-filled version improves footing friction to prevent slipping during sharp turns.
Raw materials include anti-UV stabilizers and anti-aging additives for resistance to ultraviolet radiation, rain, frost, and high temperatures.
Precise tufting production ensures even turf density across the entire court surface, eliminating local bumps or depressions for stable ball bounce performance.
