Football artificial turf is professional ground material specially designed for high-intensity competitions. It is made of modified PE monofilament, high-density tufted fabric, water-permeable backing plus elastic infill or non-infill structure. Different from ordinary landscape leisure turf, it features three core strengths: professional sports performance, all-weather durability and low maintenance cost.
Adopted reinforced monofilament fiber, resistant to lodging, abrasion and tearing, with no broken fibers after 100,000 times of friction. Infill turf with 40-60mm pile height is exclusive for football. Soft and smooth fibers reduce skin abrasion during sliding tackles.
Mesh composite backing bonded with styrene-butadiene latex, with uniform drainage holes for fast water draining without ponding or waterlogged base. The coating features strong adhesion, resisting glue peeling and fiber shedding under long-term sunlight and rain exposure.
Added with UV stabilizers to resist ultraviolet rays, extreme high and low temperatures, frost and snow. It stays colorfast and non-powdery under long-term outdoor exposure, stable for use in hot southern regions and frigid northern areas.
