Features high-density curved monofilament or split-film tennis-grade PE yarn with moderate resilience and upright fiber structure. Effectively simulates the bounce performance of natural tennis turf with fiber thickness and height customized for tennis sport standards. Common pile height ranges from 10mm to 15mm.
Double-layer composite backing (PP woven cloth + non-woven cloth) with high permeability latex coating provides strong anti-peeling properties and stable dimensional stability. Resists shrinkage or deformation under long-term temperature changes.
Available in non-infilled sand-free type and quartz sand infilled type. Sand-filled version improves footing friction to prevent slipping during sharp turns, complying with ITF basic surface performance requirements.
Raw materials include anti-UV stabilizers and anti-aging additives for resistance to ultraviolet radiation, rain, frost, and high temperatures. Fibers maintain integrity without fading or becoming brittle under long-term outdoor exposure.
Precise tufting production ensures even turf density across the entire court surface. Eliminates local bumps or depressions to guarantee stable ball bounce performance.
