2. What's your MOQ?
MOQ can be 1 piece, but the price is not competitive. More quantity, the price will be more competitive.
3. Can you quote FOB price?
Yes. We can deliver by air, DHL, TNT, UPC, FEDEX, etc. For big quantity we will deliver by sea. We can quote price with freight and lead time after you provide detailed requirements with quantity.
4. How is your quality?
Our production follows IEC, Europe standards. CE, ISO, RoHS, CPR, and ANATEL certified. All products are 100% tested before delivery.
5. What's your lead time?
Depends on quantity and products. For fiber optic patch cords, lead time can be 2-3 working days within 5000 pieces. We keep regular products in stock and can handle urgent orders.
6. What's your warranty?
1-year warranty for patch cords since delivery, covering non-artificial damage only. For artificial damage, we can repair for free with freight paid by customer.
7. What's your packing?
International export standard package. Logo printing available upon request before quotation.
8. Can you offer OEM/ODM?
Yes, all products accept OEM/ODM. We can sign Confidentiality Agreement.
9. Can I have a sample?
Free samples available for products under $10. Freight paid by buyer before delivery.
