We offer 1-year warranty for patch cords from delivery date, covering non-artificial damage. For artificial damage, we provide free repair with freight paid by customer.
7. What's your packing?
International export standard packaging. Custom logo printing available upon request before quotation.

Yes, all products accept OEM/ODM. We can sign Confidentiality Agreements.
9. Can I have a sample?
Free samples available for products under $10. Freight costs are paid by the buyer before delivery.
