The TK-B4524-3LCD80 is a high-performance, cost-effective SFP Bi-Directional (BiDi) transceiver designed for ultra-long-haul Gigabit Ethernet and 1.063Gbps Fibre Channel/SONET OC-24-LR-1 applications. Utilizing BiDi technology, this module enables simultaneous transmission and reception over a single strand of single-mode fiber, effectively doubling fiber utilization while supporting an 80km transmission distance.
Compliant with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472, the module supports hot-swappable operation and Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM/DOM) with internal or external calibration options. It meets Class I laser safety requirements and is RoHS compliant.
