High-performance, cost-effective SFP transceiver modules supporting dual data-rate of 2.67Gbps and 80KM transmission distance with single-mode fiber.
The transceiver consists of three key sections: DFB laser transmitter, APD photodiode integrated with trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA), and MCU control unit. All modules satisfy class I laser safety requirements.
Compatible with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472 specifications.
