The SFP-BIDI transceivers are high-performance, cost-effective modules supporting dual data-rate of 1.25Gbps/1.0625Gbps with 120KM transmission distance over single-mode fiber.
This transceiver consists of three main sections: a DFB laser transmitter, an APD photodiode integrated with trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA), and MCU control unit. All modules comply with Class I laser safety requirements and are compatible with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472 standards.
