The TK-Bxx92-3LCD80 is a hot-pluggable 3.3V Small-Form-Factor transceiver module designed for high-speed communication applications requiring data rates up to 11.1Gb/s. Compliant with SFF-8472 SFP+ MSA standards, this module supports data links up to 80km over 9/125μm single mode fiber.
Engineered for single mode fiber operation with nominal wavelengths of 1270nm or 1330nm, the transmitter section features a multiple quantum well DFB laser that meets Class 1 laser safety standards per IEC-60825. The receiver section incorporates an integrated InGaAs detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header, paired with a limiting post-amplifier IC for optimal performance.
