SC Fast Connector – No Epoxy, No Curing, Pre-Polished Mechanical Splice for On-Site Installation
Product Overview
The SC fast connector is a high-performance, field-installable optical fiber connector designed for on-site assembly in fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) access networks. It enables quick and reliable termination of drop cables directly in the field, eliminating the need for fusion splicing or factory pre-termination.
Featuring pre-polished mechanical splice technology, this connector requires no epoxy, no curing, and no polishing during installation - significantly reducing deployment time and labor costs. The entire termination process takes approximately 2 minutes, making it an ideal solution for high-volume FTTH rollouts and emergency field repairs.
The connector offers versatile cable compatibility, supporting 900μm tight-buffered fibers, 3.0mm round drop cables, and 3.0×2.0mm flat/8-shaped drop cables, as well as both single-mode (OS2) and multi-mode (OM1-OM5) fibers. It also provides seamless interconnection to optical distribution frames (ODF), patch panels, ONT/ONU equipment, and other network devices.

High Quality Ferrule
Available with high quality ferrule, professional polishing technology, and precise matching for optical endface to achieve stable transmission and efficient connection.
Secure Cable Locking Mechanism
Locks optical cable securely using cable grip and screw cap. The V-groove can be re-opened by pushing the sliding fiber buckle for adjustments.
