2-24 core mini-optic cables utilize 250μm color fiber as the optical communication medium. The color fibers are wrapped in a layer of aramid yarn as a force strengthening unit, coated with either polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or low-smoke halogen-free material (LSZH) jacket.
26-144 core mini-optic cables feature a subunit design with 250μm color fiber and aramid yarn reinforcement, combined with a 3.0mm inner sheath. A fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) positioned at the core center serves as non-metal strengthening, surrounded by subunits and protected by PVC or LSZH material sheath.
