Product Overview
FTKS-96A 96-core optical branch box developed through proprietary manufacturing, with product performance compliant with industry standard YD/T2150-2010 requirements. Primarily used in FTTX access system terminal links. Constructed from high-strength PC alloy plastic injection molding, featuring excellent sealing and anti-aging properties. Suitable for outdoor wall mounting, pole installation, or indoor wall-mounted applications.

Internal double-layer structure design with clear separation: fiber distribution area, outdoor fiber cable entry, fixed splicing, and butterfly fiber cable storage area
Organized fiber routing prevents interference, facilitating construction operations and maintenance
Two cable entry holes at lower edge accommodate two outdoor fiber cables and 96 butterfly fiber cables
Supports outdoor fiber straight-through or branching connections with butterfly fiber cable termination
Flip-form splice tray configurable for 96-core capacity specifications to accommodate expansion needs
Flange installation supports 96-core capacity
Butterfly fiber cable fixing unit features card slot structure for organized cable distribution
Approximately 1 meter of butterfly fiber cable storage capacity with organized wire loops
Guaranteed bending radius ≥30mm for optimal fiber protection
Installation Instructions
Wall Mounting Installation
Mark and drill four mounting holes according to backplane mounting hole spacing
Insert plastic expansion sleeves into wall holes
Secure box to wall using M8 × 40 screws
Insert upper positioning holes into wall, then secure lower holes with M8 × 40 screws
Verify cabinet installation, then close door and secure with key to prevent water ingress
Install outdoor and butterfly fiber cables according to construction requirements
Pole Mounting Installation
Remove installation clamp from box and loosen clamp for backplane attachment
Secure box to pole using clamp assembly
Verify clamp lock is secure and reliable without looseness
Follow same fiber cable installation procedures as wall mounting
