The DTTA100BZ Series is a high-performance, matte black single-sided adhesive tape engineered specifically for the electronics component bonding industry. It is manufactured by coating a premium-grade acrylic adhesive onto an ultra-thin polyester (PET) substrate, resulting in a tape that delivers exceptional bonding strength, clean removability, and a sleek matte black finish.
One of the standout features of the DTTA100BZ Series is its production environment. The tape is manufactured in a Class 1000 dust-free cleanroom, ensuring an extremely high level of cleanliness. This makes it particularly suitable for applications where contamination or particle residue is unacceptable, such as in display assemblies, optical devices, and precision electronic components.
With a total thickness of 100μm, the DTTA100BZ strikes a balance between robustness and thinness, allowing it to be used in tight spaces without adding unnecessary bulk. The acrylic adhesive is formulated to provide high initial tack and long-term holding power, with a peel strength of over 1200g /25.4mm. It also exhibits good temperature resistance, performing reliably across a wide range from -20°C to 100°C.
The tape’s matte black appearance provides excellent light absorption and anti-glare properties, making it ideal for internal bonding in electronic devices where visible light reflection may interfere with performance or aesthetics. The ultra-thin PET backing offers excellent dimensional stability, conformability, and resistance to tearing during handling and application.
