The TX3515A Series is a 50μm polyester (PET) film tape coated with a high-performance red silicone adhesive. With a total thickness of 50μm and an adhesive layer of 12μm, this tape delivers excellent initial tack, strong adhesion to silicone rubber substrates, and clean removal without residue — even after repeated peeling and repositioning.
Designed for high-temperature processes, TX3515A withstands 180°C for 30 minutes, making it ideal for LCD panel protection, PDA glass masking, housing painting, and silicone bonding. The tape meets GB/T standards (GB/T7125-2014, GB-T2792-2014) and offers a 6-month shelf life under proper storage conditions (18–25°C, 40–70% RH).
LCD Panel & PDA Glass Protection – Temporary surface protection during assembly, transport, or further processing. Removes cleanly without optical distortion or residue.
High-Temperature Paint Masking – Excellent for housing painting, powder coating, or spray painting where heat curing (up to 180°C) is required.
Silicone Rubber Bonding – Ideal for bonding silicone gaskets, keypads, seals, or medical-grade silicone components where acrylic tapes fail.
