75μm High-Temperature Polyimide Film for Automatic Industry

The PI75 Series is a 75μm thick polyimide (PI) raw film manufactured by Sanfeng Win New Material (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. It is produced through polycondensation of pyromellitic dianhydride and 4,4'-oxydianiline (ODA) in a solvent, followed by casting, imidization, and stretching processes. The film is supplied in rolls with a standard inner core diameter of 76mm rigid paper tube, featuring neat edges without damage.

The PI75 film has a total thickness of 75μm in accordance with GB/T7125-2014. Its electrical strength averages ≥50 MV/m, with individual values of ≥40 MV/m. The film density is 1420±20 kg/m³, and the relative dielectric constant at 50Hz is ≤3.9.
