Description
EX-951 high-speed railway subgrade polyurea protective material is a two-component elastic material composed of a semi prepolymer with A component as the end NCO group and B component as the end amino polyether, amine chain extender, and additives. EX-951 can be used alone or in combination with other materials as a surface protective coating, lining, wear-resistant layer, and shock-absorbing layer for high-speed railway concrete subgrade or other substrates. EX-951 can form hard coatings of different thicknesses and can be applied to various occasions and handle suitable substrates. EX-951 is insensitive to moisture and humidity and can be used in harsh environmental conditions.

Application
EX-951 high-speed railway subgrade polyurea protective material has an extremely fast reaction speed, with a single spray thickness of tens of millimeters. The coating has a uniform and beautiful appearance, and can be widely used for high-speed railway concrete subgrade protection; And it can be applied to the protection of bridge piers of cross sea bridges, the protection of inner walls of underwater tunnels, waterproofing of urban subways, waterproofing of roofs of high-end buildings, concrete stands of sports venues, factories, ship decks, and anti-corrosion of offshore drilling platforms.
For applications that require anti rotation and extinction, its extremely fast reaction speed can be utilized to directly obtain a "protrusion" coating with uniform particles on the surface through spraying.

Storage and Transportation:
This product should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse. It is strictly prohibited to be exposed to rain, sun, isolated from fire sources, and kept away from heat sources. The storage temperature should be between 15-40 ° C.
This product has a storage period of 12 months from the date of production without opening the original packaging. If it exceeds the storage period, it can be inspected according to the items specified in this product standard. If it meets the technical requirements, it can still be used.
This product does not contain organic solvents and can be transported as non hazardous materials during transportation. During transportation, rain and sun exposure should be strictly prohibited, and relevant regulations of the transportation department should be followed.
