1 Description:

Antistatic Agent EX-80 is a unique antistatic agent designed for use in polyurethane bulk foam formulations for packaging that require good static elimination and surface resistance.

2. Main Features and Advantages
  1. It can reduce the static electricity content generated in flexible packaging foam to meet the requirements of ASTM D-257-75 and MIL-B81705B-2
  2. It has a long-term antistatic effect
  3. Its usage is relatively low compared to other competing products
  4. It has little or no effect on the catalytic effect of foam, so it can provide better processability
  5. Low viscosity, easy to handle, draw and weigh
  6. Provide surface resistance 10^8-10^9 ohm at 2%-4% adding level
