Description

EX-7122 is a spray-type composite polyol developed specifically for water-blown polyurethane foaming systems.
It is extensively applied to thermal insulation projects including external wall insulation, integrated insulation & waterproofing works, and cold storage facilities. This formulation boasts superior temperature tolerance and blending performance, adapting well to diverse construction conditions and operating equipment. The cured foam delivers excellent thermal insulation capacity, great crack resistance, high closed-cell rate, outstanding compressive strength and reliable adhesion.

Shelf life

Keep in a cool, dry area. The optimal storage temperature ranges from 15 to 25℃. For partially used drums, seal and fill with nitrogen gas. The shelf life for unopened original packaging is 6 months.

Safety

Use only in well-ventilated areas. Wear protective gloves and work clothing to prevent skin contact. Repeated or prolonged skin exposure may trigger allergic reactions. Eye protection is mandatory; always wear certified safety spectacles or goggles during handling.

First Aid Measures:

Skin contact: Wash affected areas promptly with soap and water. Take off contaminated garments and launder thoroughly before reusing. Consult a doctor if allergy symptoms develop.
Eye contact: Flush eyes continuously with clean water for a minimum of 15 minutes, then seek medical help immediately.
Ingestion: Seek immediate medical attention if swallowed. Gastric lavage or induced vomiting shall only be performed under professional medical guidance. Do not administer anything orally to an unconscious person.
