The hidden tea cup machine is a device that uses a motor to press corn film into special disposable eco-friendly paper cups,fixing a specific amount of tea leaves at the bottom of the cup for easy storage and brewing. This equipment is suitable foroffice meetings and other venues, providing users with a convenient tea drinking experience.
ADVANTAGE
1.Machine is designed for packaging various types of tea, including tea fanning, tea bags, loose leaf tea, herbal tea, and different shaped teas in the food industry. 2.Cylinder series is a new model developed by our factory, utilizing automation and cylinder down-pressure sealing principles. Adjustable heat pressing time, providing strong utility. 3.Machine incorporates advanced automatic Numerical Control thermostat technology, ensuring stability, high thermal efficiency,long lifespan, low power consumption, and minimal noise. 4.It operates on 220V power and is constructed entirely of stainless steel. 5.Original paper cup separation technique prevents adhesion of the finished tea cups to the heat pressing head, making operation more convenient and practical. The machine is easy to clean and maintain. 6.Machine uses air compressor to heat press filter paper and paper, with one working position matching one cylinder (consisting of one heat pressing head and one forming base).
