The GR6150-2900 is a 15 kg payload, 2900 mm reach, six-axis painting robot certified to ATEX for Zone 1 gas and Zone 21 dust areas (EU Type Examination Certificate CML 20ATEX1065X), built for automotive body-in-white (BIW = Body in White), bumper and large-part painting. It runs on a pressurized (Ex px) enclosure, carries paint lines through a hollow wrist, and ships with a painting software package, so it can be installed directly inside a solvent-based spray booth. The robot is manufactured by CMA (Wuhu) Robotics Co., Ltd.; Anhui Techfly Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. is an authorized CMA distributor and supplies it with paint system equipment, integration and turnkey painting lines.

• Warranty: 12 months from the date of shipment unless the contract states otherwise; spare parts and remote support available after warranty.
• Lead time: 4–6 weeks after deposit for a standard configuration; turnkey lines are scheduled at proposal stage.
• Payment: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight.
• Packing and shipping: one robot per plywood case 2200 × 930 × 2000 mm; six sets fit a 20-ft container. Prices are quoted FOB (Free On Board) Shanghai or CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) destination port on request, valid 30 days.

Frequently asked questions

Can the GR6150-2900 be installed inside a solvent-based paint booth?

Yes. The arm is certified ATEX II 2 G D, Ex pxb IIC T4 Gb for gas and Ex pxb IIIC T135°C Db for dust (EU Type Examination Certificate CML 20ATEX1065X, CML B.V.), which covers Zone 1 and Zone 21. The arm sits inside the booth; the control cabinet (IP54) is placed outside the classified area and connected by the standard 10 m cable set.

What size of workpiece can it paint?

With 2900 mm reach it covers one side of a passenger car body or a bumper up to about 2 m from a fixed base. For longer parts such as bus sides or containers, add a 7th-axis track so the robot travels along the part.

Which spray guns and atomizers can be fitted?

The standard fit is an automatic air spray gun; air-assisted guns and the CV3000 or CV300 color-change valves are available. Other atomizers are quoted per project. Paint lines pass through the hollow wrist, so gun changes do not require re-routing hoses.

Can it spray two-component (2K) paint?

Yes. Pair the robot with the AccuFlo 2KP Pro mixing and metering unit, which doses the two components at the set ratio and flushes the mixed line automatically. Single-component lines use the AccuFlo 1KP flow meter instead.

How is the robot programmed?

Through the teach pendant with the built-in painting package: you teach the path, then set gun on/off points, flow and atomizing air per segment. Visual (graphical) programming is optional.

What is included in the price and what are the payment terms?

The base price covers the arm, control cabinet, pendant with painting package, 10 m cables and a standard gun. Peripherals and installation are quoted separately or as a turnkey package. Payment is T/T or L/C at sight; prices are FOB Shanghai or CIF your port, valid 30 days.

How long is delivery and what support is provided after installation?

A standard configuration ships 4–6 weeks after deposit. We provide pre-integration testing before shipment, installation and commissioning support, operator and maintenance training, remote support, and spare parts. Warranty is 12 months from shipment unless the contract states otherwise.
