1. Precision Thermal Print Head Control: The PCBA incorporates a specialized controller for the thermal print head. This component manages the precise heating elements that activate color crystals in the ZINK (Zero Ink) paper, ensuring accurate color reproduction and high-resolution output (often 300 DPI or more) without the need for traditional ink cartridges.

2. Advanced Paper Handling and Feeding Mechanism: It includes a motor driver and sensor interface to reliably manage the paper path. This system controls the feeding, alignment, and ejection of the photo paper, ensuring smooth operation and preventing jams in the compact device.

3. Efficient Power Management System (PMIC): The PCBA employs a sophisticated Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) and a Battery Management System (BMS) to optimize energy use from the internal battery. This supports features like all-day battery life, enabling the printing of multiple photos (e.g., up to 25) on a single charge, and manages safe charging cycles.

4. Integrated Wireless Connectivity Modules: The board features built-in wireless communication chips, such as Bluetooth, for connecting to smartphones and tablets. This allows for remote control, photo transfer, and communication with the companion mobile app for editing and printing commands.
