What information is needed for quotation?
Please provide product drawings in 2D PDF format. 3D files in STEP, X_T, or IGS format are preferred.
What are the payment terms?
50% deposit, balance after completion with photos for inspection. PayPal for small orders (commission added), T/T preferred for large orders.
Are you a trading company or a factory?
We are a direct-operated factory with 15 experienced engineers and 35+ employees across 2,000 square meters of workshop space.
What if we don't have drawings?
Send samples for copying or provide pictures/sketches with dimensions. We'll create CAD/3D files for placed orders.
