1.Description:
The ZR360L is a medium-to-large sized rotary drilling rig known for its 360 kN·m output torque, which provides excellent drilling capability in complex geological conditions
Powerful Drilling System: The rig's drilling power comes from a high-torque rotary drive equipped with three reduction gearboxes, providing a high reserve coefficient for enhanced reliability in demanding applications. The rotation speed is adjustable between 6 and 28 rpm
Efficient Pressurized Crowd: An oil cylinder-based crowd system delivers a push force of 300 kN and a pull force of 360 kN over a stroke of 6,000 mm. This system features a two-speed design that significantly boosts drilling efficiency.
Durable Main Winch: A key highlight is the "single-layer-rope" main winch design. By preventing the steel wire rope from overlapping and crushing itself, this design can extend the rope's service life by 2 to 4 times compared to traditional multi-layer winding winches, reducing operational costs
Stability and Ease of Transport
.Structure: The machine uses a large-section mast, a double-boom quadrilateral luffing mechanism, a large-diameter slewing ring, and a reinforced chassis to ensure stability during drilling.
.Transport: The mast can be hydraulically folded to a compact transport height of 3,580mm, simplifying relocation between job sites. The cathead also features a one-key folding function for convenience.

The ZR360L is well-suited for large-scale infrastructure projects. In one documented application in North Africa, the rig was used for the pile foundation construction of an elevated bridge. Despite challenging geological conditions, it successfully completed a 1.2-meter diameter, 25-meter deep pile in just two hours, demonstrating high efficiency and stability.
