The TEI P40EV caliper is crafted from 6082-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, offering exceptional strength, rigidity, and lightweight construction. This reduces unsprung mass, improves handling response, and enhances heat dissipation during aggressive braking.

Paired with G3500 high-carbon alloy discs, the P40EV offers excellent heat management, crack resistance, and vibration control. The high-carbon formulation enhances thermal stability and reduces fade during repeated heavy braking. Available in slotted, drilled, or slotted-drilled configurations, these rotors optimize airflow, maintain consistent friction, and provide aggressive pad bite with rapid heat dissipation.
The ceramic brake pads included in the P40EV kit feature a friction coefficient between 0.38–0.43, ensuring stable braking power across a wide temperature range. These pads deliver smooth engagement, minimal noise, and low dust output while maintaining excellent stopping consistency — ideal for both street and performance driving environments.
During real-world braking tests from 100 km/h to 0 km/h, the TEI P40EV achieved an average stopping time of 2.5 s, demonstrating its superior braking response, stability, and fade resistance under high-demand conditions.
