ASME U Stamp Assurance: Every exchanger is designed, fabricated, inspected, and stamped in accordance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Division 1. This provides global recognition of safety, quality control, and material traceability.
Stress-Free Thermal Expansion: The floating head design completely isolates the tube bundle from the shell, allowing unrestricted differential thermal expansion. This prevents stress buildup and is critical for high-temperature applications or large temperature differences.
