Mainly Fin Materials
Aluminum: Common grades are Alu.1100 and Alu.1060. Aluminum fins feature light weight, good thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, and are widely used in applications with weight requirements and non-severe corrosive working conditions.
Copper: Copper boasts excellent thermal conductivity, suitable for scenarios requiring extremely high heat transfer efficiency, but due to high cost and heavy weight, this fin material is unusual.
Steel: Steel fins have high strength, can withstand high pressure and temperature, and are applicable to high-temperature and high-pressure working environments. Nevertheless, their thermal conductivity is inferior to aluminum and copper.
