ASME SA210 / SA210 GR-C Seamless Tube High Strength Carbon Steel Boiler Tube For High Temp, Superheater, Power Generation
ASME SA210 GR-C seamless steel tube is a steel tube designed specifically for critical pressure-bearing components in high-pressure boilers, based on high strength and advanced heat treatment processes.
Through higher carbon and manganese content and precise heat treatment, it achieves significantly higher strength and creep resistance up to 649°C compared to the SA210 GR-A series.
In the fields of power plant boilers and heat exchangers, it is an important upgrade solution to replace ordinary carbon steel, reducing wall thickness and improving efficiency. Its core value lies in balancing high strength with good machinability, ensuring long-term stable operation of pressure-bearing equipment in industries such as power and chemical engineering at high temperatures. The chemical composition of ASME SA210 GR-C has strict smelting analysis requirements. Compared to the GR-A grade, its carbon and manganese content range is wider, giving the material a higher strength base.
