What is the G embedded tubes? How did this G process come into being and what about advantages of this type?
*G embedded tubes are finned tubes where fins are embedded and locked into helical grooves on the base tube (carbon steel, stainless steel, copper alloys) via a mechanical forming process.
*The base pipe adopts ASTM A106 Gr.B carbon steel, which features excellent high-temperature stability and pressure-bearing capacity, suitable for the high-pressure, medium-temperature working conditions of air cooler tube bundles. The fins are made of Cu T2 (C11000 ETP copper), known for its superior thermal conductivity, ensuring efficient heat transfer between the tube side medium and air in air coolers.
