Extruded Finned Tubes Advantages for Low-Temperature Waste Heat Recovery
  • High Thermal Conductivity Maximizes Heat Capture Efficiency:  This property ensures rapid heat transfer between low-temperature media and the working fluid (e.g., hot water, thermal oil). And the one-piece extruded fin structure eliminates weld interfaces between fins and the base tube, minimizing thermal contact resistance. Compared with welded finned tubes, heat transfer efficiency is improved by 15–20% in low-temperature environments where heat driving force is weak.
