The SA182 F316Ti tube sheet is a forged stainless steel component designed for shell-and-tube heat exchangers operating in high-temperature and corrosive environments. Manufactured to ASTM A182 / ASME SA182 F316Ti (UNS S31635), this titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel tube sheet resists intergranular corrosion—a failure mode that occurs when standard 316L experiences chromium carbide precipitation at grain boundaries during welding or prolonged thermal exposure above 450°C.
The tube sheet serves three critical functions: it provides structural support for the tube bundle, separates shell-side and tube-side fluid streams, and maintains tube alignment under thermal and mechanical loading.

CNC Precision Drilling: Tube holes are machined to micro-tolerances (+0.05 / -0.00 mm) to ensure flawless fit during mechanical tube rolling or orbital seal welding.
Engineered Expansion Grooves: Integrated annular grooves (2 or 3 per hole) increase tube pull-out strength and prevent joint relaxation under pressure cycling.
