Overview

 

Our Tube Bundles are manufactured using ASME SB111 C71500 seamless tubes, a high-strength 70/30 Copper-Nickel alloy (Cu-Ni) known for exceptional performance in marine and seawater environments. These tube bundles are precision-engineered for heat exchanger applications such as brine heaters, evaporators, and condensers in desalination plants, where corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity are critical.

  • Material Specification: ASME SB111 / ASTM B111 – C71500 (70/30 Copper-Nickel)
  • Composition: ~70% Copper, 30% Nickel, with additions of Iron and Manganese for improved strength
