The iqualitrol HZDY-2000 automatic polishing liquid dispenser is a high-end device driven by precision peristaltic pump, featuring a touchscreen to display and control the automatic output interval and output volume, aiming to provide timed, consistent-speed, and precise uniform dispensing of polishing liquid.
The 24V DC brushed motor, which has a long service life and can completely replace manual liquid dispensing, freeing up hands.
The iqualitrol HZDY-2000 machine can handle the dispensing of various suspensions and can be used independently on different polishing devices.
It is easy to operate, has a simple appearance, and is safe to use, making it an ideal accessory for metallographic specimen preparation.
In metallographic laboratories, during the preparation of metallographic samples, pre-grinding and polishing are essential steps. During the grinding and polishing process, polishing suspension needs to be added. This liquid dispenser is designed to facilitate the automatic addition and dispensing of polishing liquid.
