Brief Introduction:
The iqualitrol CHRSS-200M Automatic Touchscreen Full Rockwell Hardness Tester is a high-precision digital Rockwell hardness tester with large LCD display.
CHRSS-200M features an innovative large-screen display and menu-style structure, capable of testing all Rockwell scales including Rockwell, superficial Rockwell, and plastic Rockwell.
The device utilizes sensor closed-loop control technology, with automatic lowering of the indenter, eliminating the need to apply a traditional preliminary force.
By simply pressing one button, it can automatically rise and apply the initial test force, automatically apply the main test force, measure the hardness value, display the hardness digitally, automatically correct measurement errors, automatically convert hardness, print test results via the built-in printer, and communicate directly with a computer to send test data.
The casing is made using a perfect casting and sand mold forming process along with special hole surface treatment, strictly ensuring the concentricity of the main hole.
The one-step planar processing ensures the flatness of all planes. The screw rod is also finely ground to ensure smooth and non-eccentric lifting of the machine.
