● Automatic correction of concave and convex surface hardness value;
● Test force, indentation length, dwell time, number of measurements, etc. can be displayed on the screen;
● With database storage data function, test data can be stored synchronously and exported;
● Equipped with USB and RS232 interfaces, convenient for users to process data;
● Equipped with a micro printer, the test results can be printed directly;
● Optional Knoop indenter for Knoop hardness test;
● Accuracy meets GB/T4340.2 ISO6507-2 and American ASTM E92.
● HYHV300 iqualitrol self-developed vision measurement system is optional, which can realize online function through data line, control all actions of hardness tester on computer, automatically capture indentation image, automatically measure hardness value, automatically generate hardness curve, automatically calculate effective hardening layer depth, and measure fracture toughness of cemented carbide;
Application range:

● Cemented carbide, glass, ceramics, agate, gemstones, etc.;
● Depth and gradient measurement of carburized layer, nitrided layer, etc. and quenching hardened layer;
