Aramid Fiber Kevlar Braided Rope for Glass Tempering Furnace Rollers
High-temperature resistant, wear-resistant, and cut-resistant aramid fiber Kevlar braided rope designed specifically for glass tempering furnace rollers.
Aramid rope features exceptional properties including high temperature resistance, flame retardancy, high pressure resistance, superior tensile strength, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, electrical insulation, and excellent mechanical properties.
Application
These ropes are wrapped around tempering furnace rollers to facilitate safe transportation of high-temperature glass. After heating in the furnace, the glass undergoes rapid cooling via wind grid systems. The Kevlar roller rope effectively prevents direct contact between the hot glass and cooler metal roller tables, eliminating risks of thermal shock (cold explosion) and surface scratches.
