This product is a high-concentration cationic antistatic agent, suitable for antistatic finishing of polyester, acrylic, nylon, wool and their blended fabrics. It is applicable to the elimination of static electricity generated during the setting process and wearing process of chemical fiber and blended fabrics.
【Product Features】
It has excellent antistatic effect, and the surface resistance of the fabric after finishing is less than 108Ω.
It has excellent compatibility and can be used in the same bath with cationic auxiliaries such as waterproofing agents and softeners.
It does not affect the hand feel and style of the fabric, and has low yellowing and color change.
Excellent electrolyte compatibility.

Eliminate static electricity.
【Application Method】
It is recommended to use the padding process:
Dosage: 5 - 10g/L of antistatic agent
Liquor pickup: 70 - 80%
Dilute the working solution → one-dip-one-nip (liquor pickup between 70 - 80%) → drying and setting at 150°C.
The above recommended process is a common process.
Your company can adjust the dosage and processing process according to your own process or hand feel requirements.
【Precautions】
Conduct a small sample test in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, please conduct a compatibility test in advance.
【Storage and Packaging】
Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
