【Instruction】
This product is a multifunctional finishing agent with simple application process. It is suitable for moisture absorption and sweating finishing of cotton, polyester, polyester-cotton blended and other fabrics.
【Product Features】
Strong adaptability, suitable for both pad-dry-cure post-finishing process and high-temperature dyeing one-bath finishing.
Endow polyester and its blended fabrics with easy soil release property, durable air permeability and moisture permeability, and accelerate the speed of moisture absorption and sweating.
Have almost no influence on the color shade of colored fabrics.
The one-bath dyeing and finishing can prevent defects such as creases and chicken claw marks caused by long-term extrusion of polyester in the overflow dyeing machine, and endow the dyed fabric with a fluffy and soft handle.
Especially suitable for knitted sportswear, sports socks and other fabrics.
【Usage】
For high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing one-bath use: Add 2 - 4% (o.w.f.) first, and then add other auxiliaries and dyes.
Pad-dry-cure finishing: 10 - 40g/L → two-dip-two-nip → drying at 90°C → baking at 170°C for 30 - 60 seconds.
【Storage and Packaging】
Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
