Application
Smoothness: It can be used as a yarn smoothing agent to reduce backpour friction and prevent hair; Abrassion: high melting point wax, reduce breakage, effectively reduce friction coefficient; Stretchability: Improve yarn cohesive force and tensile strength, can repare for the strength damage caused by pre-treatment; Fracture: Improve the breaking strength of yarn and fabric, and can be applied to the strong reinforcement of easy care finish; Solubility: soluble in cold water, can be diluted 2-3 times.
Application Process
Apply to finishing and waxing the core yarn. Please add the BAW of according to the pulp making process. Waxing process of cylinder yarn RS-BAW 1-2% Run at 40-50℃ for 10-20min, drain, dehydrate and dry Fabric needle hole prevention technology RS-BAW 1-2%
Store between 0°C and 40°C, seal tightly, avoid exposure to direct sunlight and freezing.
