Scope of application
T100%, polyester spandex and other fabrics dyeing, printing after alkali reducing bath cleaning process. One bath cleaning process of polyester, cotton, polyester and linen blended fabrics after dyeing and printing. One bath cleaning process of polyester and viscose, modal, lyocell blended dyeing, printing.
Application
Dispersion characteristics: Excellent clean disperse dyes and reactive unfixed dyes. Anti-stain properties: can effectively prevent disper dye, vat dye, reactive dyes stained white background. Repair characteristics:Can repare and improve the fastness of disper/vat or disper/reactive dye，dyeing process; Stripping characteristics: Stripping the reducting sub stance and disperse dye stained spandex,but not destory the reactive dye.
Application Process
Continuous: padding disper dye stuff → padding reative dye stuff →fixation, drying → flow 1-5 1. Wash in warm water, 50℃×30-60s 2. Reduction cleaning, PX 3-6g/L, 2-3 times, 90-100℃×30-60s 3. Dark shade and poor fastness stule, repeat cleaning 4. Wash in warm water, 60℃×30-60s 5. Acid neutralization, 50℃×30-60s Batch process Dyeing and cleaning, drain → reduction wash 1-2 boxs, drain → warm water wash, drain → cold wash 1-2 times → drying and setting 1. Wash in warm water, 50℃×10min 2. Cleaning, PX 3-5%, alkali flake 1%, 90-98℃×10-20min 3. Dark shade and poor fastness style, repeat cleaning 4. Wash in warm water, 60℃×10min 5. Acid neutralization, 50℃×10min Working solution preparation: First prepane the water, put the flake alkali in to the bucket, then add the PX and stir until the color changes to light yellow, and the feeding temperature is 70℃. Cleaning process after printing Continuous：PX 2-4G /l, 1box of cold water, 85-90℃, 2 grids Batch type：PX 2-3%, 80-85℃*10-15min.
