Anti-slip: increase the friction between warp and weft to prevent slipping. Adhesion characteristics: Improve the adhesion in the spinning process. Strength characteristics: Improve the tearing strength of various fabrics. Feel characteristics: basically does not affect the feel, if the feel becomes hard, reduce the dosage.
Application Process
Continuous process RSZ 5-10g/l, 100℃ drying, shaping. Batch process RSZ 0.5-2% (o.w.f); Bath ratio: 1:10 ~20, 40-45℃, running for 20 minutes, drying at 100℃, setting In case of hard feel, appropriately reduce the dosage and reduce the setting temperature. Repair process: RSZ: 3-5% Spray: Recommendation 1; Dilute 10-15, spray directly and dry.
