Product Instruction
ICI Mace Snagging Tester is used to determine the tendency of fabrics to snag in normal wear with mace balls randomly on rotating cylinders rapidly. Complete with viewing cabinet and assessment photographs.
- Four specimens can be tested at the same time.
- Each Cylinder is driven by one motor, low noise during working.
- Preset counters with precise control.
- Multi-directional hanging ball make the mace rotating freely, thus to ensure the mace bounces randomly.
- Tungsten carbide nails, hard and abrasion resistance.
- Teflon tube covered guiding rod, increase the random moving of the maces, thus to ensure the consistence of the testing results.
- High quality felt sleeves, the max. shrinkage percent is up to 25% at the diameter direction, make it bound to the cylinder tightly.
