Product Description
TSE154SQWU-51D is a TFT active matrix electrophoretic display, with interface and a reference system design. The 1.54” active area
contains 152×152 pixels, and has 1-bit white/black full display capabilities. An integrated circuit contains gate buffer, source
buffer, interface, timing control logic, oscillator, DC-DC, SRAM, LUT, VCOM, and border are supplied with each panel.
Its module outline is 31.8x37.32x1.02 mm, active area is 27.512x27.512 mm. Its storage temperature is -25 to +70 degrees Celsius, and its operating temperature is -20 to +60 degrees Celsius.
