Description of BOPP Thermal Lamination Film:

Thermal lamination is an extruded film coated with low-temperature melting resin, which can be coated into paper products by heating and pressure. Various surface treatments can increase the value of printed surfaces. Matte white BOPP hot laminating film provides a matt treatment on the surface of printed materials. Compared with the gloss thermal lamination, the storage time of the matt film is longer.

Combined with good performance characteristics and low price, the white BOPP thermal composite film is ideal for all kinds of printed and unprinted paper and paperboard, including book covers, cosmetics packaging, magazines, documents, shopping bags, diaries, etc.

Special Instruction of BOPP Thermal Lamination Film:

• The composite roll temperature range of NEI BOPP thermal composite film glossy film is 85~110 ℃, and the rolling range is 10~20 Mpa. However, the optimum conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the selected laminator.

   

  It is recommended that the printing surface be fully dried before laminating and fully cooled before laminating to another surface.
