Thermal lamination is an extruded film coated with low-temperature melting resin, which can be coated into paper products by heating and pressure. Various surface treatments can increase the value of printed surfaces. Matte white BOPP hot laminating film provides a matt treatment on the surface of printed materials. Compared with the gloss thermal lamination, the storage time of the matt film is longer.

Special Instruction of BOPP Thermal Lamination Film:

• NEI Matt Whiter BOPP thermal lamination film is suggested to be laminated with the roller temperature range of 85 to 110°C and roller pressure of 10 to 20 Mpa. However, the optimum conditions are depending on the selected laminator’s speed and dimensional stability.
• It is advised that the printed surface is well dried before lamination and cools sufficiently one surface before laminating to other surface.
