BOPP Velvet Touch Cold Lamination Film is a high-end laminating material developed based on biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) substrate. It creates a delicate velvet-like tactile matte surface through European patented technology and can be bonded without heating. Specifically designed to enhance the texture, protection, and added value of printed matter and packaging, it is the preferred solution in the fields of luxury packaging and high-end printing.

• Velvet Texture: The surface presents a delicate and smooth touch similar to velvet, and some models can achieve a leather texture effect. When touched, a distinct warm and smooth experience can be felt, subverting the rigid touch of traditional laminating films.
• Matte Aesthetics: With a haze as high as 70% ± 10% and a glossiness of only 8%, it creates a high-end matte effect. Especially on dark full-page printed matter such as black and red, it can make the color tone more vivid and soft, avoiding glare interference.
• Color Fidelity: After lamination, the original color of the printed matter can be completely retained without color loss or deviation. Combined with a high-transparency substrate (with a transmittance of up to 95% for some models), it makes the graphic details clearer and more three-dimensional.

• Superior Scratch and Wear Resistance: It passes professional scratch resistance tests without marks even when scratched by nails. The dynamic friction coefficient is ≤ 0.4, which can effectively resist daily wear and tear, fingerprint contamination, and protect the integrity of the printed graphics for a long time.
• Cold Lamination Convenience: Adopting self-adhesive or glue bonding technology, it does not require heating equipment and has a wide applicable operating temperature range. It can be easily applied in both home DIY and industrial mass production, and the surface remains flat without bubbles after lamination.
• Post-Process Compatibility: It supports various post-processing techniques such as partial UV varnishing, hot stamping, embossing, and screen printing. Among them, the black velvet model adopts a "film-paper interlayer" design to avoid direct contact between black color and ink, ensuring stable post-processing effects.

• Excellent Physical Properties: The thickness ranges from 20 to 25μm, with a longitudinal tensile strength of ≥ 60Mpa, a transverse tensile strength of ≥ 100Mpa, a longitudinal elongation at break of 190%, and a transverse elongation at break of 60%. • Operating Temperature: The recommended lamination temperature is 15-30℃. If the temperature is too low, the adhesion may be reduced; if the temperature is too high, the film may be deformed.
• Post-Lamination Handling: After lamination, avoid folding or pressing the printed matter immediately. It is recommended to place it flat for 24 hours to ensure the stability of the bonding effect.
