Description:

 

NEi BOPP glitter laminating film is made of BOPP substrate film and EVA adhesive, glitter surface effect similar to metal blasting, and can be directly laminated with paper. The glitter film is primarily used in the printing & packing industry.

Application Technology:

  • Laminating Equipment: Thermal Laminating Machine
  • Laminating Temperature: 90-110℃

Paper weight: ≥ 200g/m2. When the paper weight is less than 200g/m2 and the temperature is too high, there may be some warping.
It is best to use a flying knife or a hot knife, please note that using a snap separation device during lamination may cause sagging. Adjust processing parameters according to production operation requirements.

Storage and Handling

  1. Keep upright in a clean, dry, and ventilated warehouse;

  3. To avoid damage to the surface or end face of the film and to avoid collisions during product transportation and loading and unloading.
  4. When using hot laminating in winter, the laminating and laminating substrate should be placed in the operating room, and the equilibrium temperature should be above 18 ℃ before processing.
