Description

PTC electric heater, also known as PTC heating element or PTC heater, is composed of selected high-quality PTC thermosensitive ceramic heating components as the heat source, and is made of corrugated aluminum strips bonded, welded, and molded at high temperatures. Install using national standard high-temperature resistant insulation brackets, with screw hole spacing for easy assembly and application by customers. The over temperature fuse terminals are securely connected without any detachment or looseness. Adopting a terminal silicone sheath with excellent high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and strong flame retardant properties. Adopting JST pure copper STO-61T-250N pressure terminals imported from Japan. The wiring harness is made of high-temperature resistant (300 °) polytetrafluoroethylene braided wire, which is securely installed at the terminal post. During wiring, the wiring harness is ensured to be intact, avoiding the risk of detachment and leakage.
